That film was officially the very first great conversion from video game to film. If you are fan or if you just like amazing actually scary horror films, go see.

Only the Dark One opens and closes the door to Silent Hill...

Here's the thing. I love the concept (especially the parts based on the Centralia, Penn., underground coal fire), but I am a huge horror movie wuss. I love to watch Eclipse play these sorts of games but sometimes I have to leave the room.

Would this be too intense for me? o.o

Well.. I can't speak for others, but there are only a very 'jumpy' moments. Its very true to Silent Hill's creeping horror nature. Things just build and build until you are almost overwelmed and then..

Well.. just take Eclipse with you and hide in him if it gets too much. ^^ If you want something to engage your mind too, this film will. :) Its no copy-paste horror.

It's important to remember that Nido is a pussy. Every review for this film I've seen has said "no soul, no emotion. It's not scary. The only thing it has going for it is SFX."

Nanaki agrees with me on this review. :P The reviewers know bugger all IMHO. This film is just really really creepy.

So is Animalal. I'd not want to spend time in a cinema with either.

I like real horror.
