New Windows Live Space!

I'm always one for new beta software and I thought Windows Live Spaces looked a lot better than the crummy old MSN Spaces so.. here is my own space!
I'm also impressed that I can link it to my LiveJournal via RSS as I have done and it also gives me a good place to track my development of Amuse and OsseinFTP, as such this will be a sort of development 'blog' for that. Oh how I hate that word. o_o I'll also probably use it to talk about Beta software and other software junk stuff too.
Anyway, if I could only now work out how to get the photos to upload with IE7.. hmm..

Also of interest to LiveJournal people, I'm set up an syndication account so if you'd prefer to use that instead of visiting the space or using the RSS feed then you can use nocudevspace instead and add it to your friends list in LJ! Isn't interoperability great? ^_^ Note however, that LJ updates its copy of the feed only now and then. So posts may be slightly delayed behind their original time. You may instead want to use an RSS website such as the Windows Live homepage or Google Personalised page. Or use an RSS compatible e-mail client or web-browser like Thunderbird or Internet Explorer 7 (sorry, Firefox's LiveMarks are not a proper way to do RSS o_o).

If you don't like the word blog, simply neglect to ommit the the first two letters and call it a weblog!

*radical and devious!*

Forgot to add. Firefox's LiveMarks aren't the way that "Firefox does RSS". They're the way "Firefox does dynamic bookmarks, using RSS". It's a seperate feature that simply adds to the fact that it is an RSS compatible web browser.

And your livejournal adds horizontal scrollbars at 1024x768! What are you thinking?

Its my LiveJournal and only I have to read it for any length of time using that style? ;) (Remember you can read other people's LJ's in your theme.)

Thankfully next FF release they are doing RSS properly. :P Hopefully come Vista they'll link it up with all the O/S related RSS and favorites/bookmarks system wide features. :)

And remember, this post is old! More recent one with the up to actual blog that has content on it!
